Microdosing

  • Microdosing mushrooms involves consuming small, sub-perceptual doses of mushrooms.

  • The aim of microdosing is to experience subtle benefits such as enhanced creativity, improved focus, and reduced anxiety. Typically, individuals consume one microdose a day in the morning.

  • A common approach is to take a dose of 50-300mg of dried mushrooms for multiple days before taking a day or two off and then resuming. Alternatively, some prefer to go every other day or as they see fit. Tolerance can develop with non-stop use, but goes away a day or two post consumption.

  • We recommend starting out with 100mg if this is your first time and then experimenting from there to find what suits you best.

Full Dose
