Mind-altering and entheogenic mushrooms have been decriminalized in many states but have yet to reach all 50. Commerce related to mushrooms lands in a gray area due to this. However, we’ve seen more proposed policies moving towards decriminalization and we’re hopeful and confident legislation will soon be passed. We ship discretely to all 50 states through USPS and operate within a decriminalized zone. Our packaging does not mention any triggering words to avoid any unnecessary conflict. We have yet to receive any reports from customers regarding legal issues when receiving products.
